Hangman Page opens the show. He talks to the Mexican fans in Spanish. He thanks them for allowing AEW in to their house tonight.
Hangman tells a story about his family having a tobacco farm and every summer there was six Mexican men and a few women who would come and work on the field. He learned from them and came to understand their culture and has a big appreciation for them, and also said it was an honor to be in Mexico.
With CMLL, they have the best pro wrestling in the world. Page isn’t allowed to be in the main event tonight, but nobody said anything about after the match. He will have his eyes on Jon Moxley.
