Bully Ray has a microphone. His Call Your Shot Trophy is broken. He admits to being a little nervous, but not for him, but for the crowd. They may not understand him. He will try to keep it real simple. He tells a kid to shut his fat face. What did he do wrong? Why are they mad at him? He entered the gauntlet and won the trophy that allowed him to call his shot at any time. The same trophy that Scott D’Amore destroyed at Over Drive. He told everyone, including Josh Alexander, that when he was going to call his shot, he would stand in the middle of the ring, look him in the eye, shake his hand, and let him know when he was coming for him.

That’s what he did at Over Drive. He challenged him for a match at Hard To Kill. Josh shook his hand and accepted the match. He thinks Josh Alexander is a great professional wrestler and a credit to Impact Wrestling. He reminds him of Kurt Angle, and is one of the greatest champions to step in the ring. But here’s the deal. As great as he may be in the ring, as great of a wrestler as he may be, he’s not smart like he is. And trust him, he’s one of the smartest guys in the industry.

He thinks Josh forgot who the hell he was. History lesson. He’s the guy who ran Hulk Hogan out of Impact Wrestling. He’s the guy who defeated Sting and made sure he could never challenge for the World title again. And when it comes to Brooke Hogan, yeah, he screwed her too. Dixie Carter through a table! He’s the worst of the worst, the baddest of the baddest, and the most successful guy to ever step foot in this place. With all the things he has done, why would Josh Alexander ever allow his wife to be in the same building as him? Why Josh, why would he do that? Why would he put her in harm’s way and have her so close to him?

So, Josh won’t be around for a couple of weeks. He has a little bit of trauma. His family has endured a lot of trauma. They need to regroup, and Josh, take all the time he needs, so long as he shows up at Hard To Kill. Do you know who he is? He is Bully Ray, and he will be the 3-time World Heavyweight Champion. Rich Swann shows up and attacks Bully from behind. He gets the advantage before a referee appears to begin their scheduled match.

#1. Rich Swann vs. Bully Ray — Winner: Rich Swann via DQ

Bully ended the match by hitting Rich with his chain. He grabs a steel chair and smashes it across Swann’s back. He tears up a fan’s sign, and then goes back to hitting Rich with the chair. Officials try stopping him, but he threatens them. He gets a zip tie from under the ring and ties Swann to the bottom rope. Tommy Dreamer attempts to stop him, but Bully pushes him over. Scott D’Amore appears and is ready to fight Bully.

Chaos ensues as officials do their best to stop this, but it’s not happening. D’Amore further destroys the Call Your Shot Trophy. Bully Ray agrees with Scott that he is a piece of shit. But you know what? He’s the guy who hired him.

#2. Moose vs. Bhupinder Gujjar — Winner: Moose

Moose says he told everyone who Bully Ray is. All these Kentucky fried idiots didn’t listen to him. He told them that Bully Ray was going to screw Josh Alexander, just like he did at Bound For Glory. These idiots didn’t listen to him. Do you think he lost at Over Drive? Hell no. He won, because he was right. He never wants to hear Bully Ray’s name again. No one is allowed to say his name… Oh yeah! Here comes Joe Hendry! The Digital Media Champion. Moose asks why he’s in his ring? Joe Hendry said he called him out. Moose says he was talking about Bully, so he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Joe Hendry explains that when someone says that… they believe. Moose knows all these idiots want a good time, but he hasn’t got the time for fun and games. Get out of the ring before he is seriously hurt. Hendry says that he doesn’t think that’s what he wants. Speaking from a current champion to a former champion… he knows a cry for help when he sees one. Hendry and Moose fight, and the latter gets the upper hand for a moment, until Bhupinder Gujjar gets involved by spearing him.

– Backstage, Mike Bailey believes that if it wasn’t for Kenny King, he would have won the X Division tournament. He knows what it’s like to be a champion, and he doesn’t intend not to be one for very long. His goals remain exactly the same.

#3. Steve Maclin vs. Frankie Kazarian — Winner: Steve Maclin

#4. [Mickie Must Retire If She Loses] Mickie James vs. Deonna Purrazzo — Winner: Mickie James

The Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace enters the ring. She says to Mickie that she wanted to work her way back to the top, and she has done exactly that. They have both taken care of their business, so she thinks it’s finally time. For the first time ever, for her Knockouts Championship, at Hard To Kill. Mickie James accepts.

– Eric Young & Deaner are back in the compound… where it all began. EY asks him questions. He asks if the sickness was in this room, right now, would he eliminate it? Deaner hesitates to answer, but eventually says yes. They start fighting over a small knife, with each trying to eliminate the other. Deaner gets the upper hand and asks why he made him do this. EY repeatedly tells him to eliminate the sickness. Deaner stabs Eric Young and kills him! He is the new leader of Violent By Design.
