- Tables, Ladders and Scares Match: The Creed Brothers defeated Los Lotharios by pinfall.
- Backstage, Shotzi and Scarlett were approached by Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, who took over the hosting duties and plan to create some mischief tonight.
- Joe Gacy spoke on a vignette about how he knows there’s a darkness inside of him, and he used to be tethered to society, but there are no more string on him anymore.
- Tiffany Stratton vs Fallon Henley didn’t happen as Stratton attacked Henley prior to the bell.
- Meta-Four (dressed as the Scooby Doo characters) are looking through a haunted house to try to get to Akira Tozawa, who had stolen the Heritage Cup last week.
- NXT North American Championship Match: Dominik Mysterio (c) defeated Nathan Frazer by pinfall. Wes Lee went after Mysterio after the match and posed with the belt to signify he’s coming for that championship.
- Backstage, Jacy Jayne was telling Andre Chase to have a “you scratch my back, I scratch yours” deal and played it off to Thea Hail and Duke Hudson as just patting Chase on the back. Hudson’s enjoying being a tag team champion and not paying for meals. Tony D’Angelo and Stacks came over to them to say they’re owed a tag title rematch, which Chase U (or Champ U, as Hudson wants to call them now) agreed. Alba Fyre (as Poison Ivy) and Isla Dawn (dressed as Harley Quinn) laughed off that the tag titles are cursed.
- Meta-Four continued going through the haunted house.
- Bron Breakker defeated Mr. Stone by pinfall. Von Wagner came out after the match to attack Breakker until they were separated by officials.
- OTM spoke about how hard it was growing up on the streets and now, they’re going to be somebody.
- Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Chelsea Green and Piper Niven (c) defeated Jacy Jayne and Thea Hail by pinfall.
- Lexis King was interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell. He spoke about what he’s going to accomplish and mentioned that there’s something he’s already done, but when asked what that is, he said everyone’s going to have to wait to find out, implying that he might have been the one to attack Trick Williams.
- NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament Final: Lola Vice defeated Kelani Jordan by pinfall to win the tournament.
- NXT Championship Match: Ilja Dragunov (c) defeated Carmelo Hayes by pinfall due in part to Trick Williams coming out and Hayes getting distracted by that. After the match, Trick went into the ring, picked Hayes up and stared him down, but the camera cut to the back where Dragunov had been attacked by Baron Corbin.
