  • Noam Dar retained the NXT Heritage Cup over Akira Tozawa. After the match, Oro Mensah got slapped by Maxxine Dupri, suplexed by Chad Gable and squashed by Otis.
  • In the locker room, Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez approached Arianna Grace, Karmen Petrovic and Kelani Jordan and started to boast about winning the breakout tournament. Roxanne Perez then told Vice to stop running her mouth and that winning that tournament doesn’t mean she’s automatically going to become champion.
  • Lyra Valkyria cut a promo about becoming NXT women’s champion. She put over Becky Lynch as a legend as well as the NXT crowd. Xia Li came out to remind her about how she took out Becky on Raw and say that she’s coming for the NXT Women’s Championship. Li kicked one of the security mooks to make a statement.
  • Backstage, Alpha Academy gave Akira Tozawa a pep talk. They’ll be guests next week on Supernova Sessions. Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne and Damon Kemp approached them to talk some trash, leading to a challenge for later between Otis and Drew Gulak.
  • Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match: Tiffany Stratton defeated Fallon Henley by pinfall.
  • Baron Corbin interrupted an interview Wes Lee was having with McKenzie Mitchell to say nobody cares about what Lee has to say. Lee said Ilja Dragunov is going to get revenge on Corbin for his attack, but he’d be happier if he (Lee) could do it himself.
  • Bron Breakker defeated Von Wagner by pinfall.
  • Carmelo Hayes was interviewed about his reaction to Trick Williams coming out in his match at Halloween Havoc last week. He claims he didn’t attack Trick and he’s going to give Trick answers face to face.
  • Brawling Brutes had a vignette, cutting a promo on OTM, about how they also know what it’s like to grow up on the streets. They have different principles and they’re going to look them dead in the eyes next week and knock their teeth down their throats.
  • Roxanne Perez & Kelani Jordan defeated Lola Vice & Elektra Lopez by pinfall. Arianna Grace had come out at the start of the match to watch. Afterward, she interrupted the announcement to talk some more, before being attacked by Karmen Petrovic, who told her to just shut up already (which was booed by the crowd, which doesn’t seem to be WWE’s intention, as Perez and Jordan laughed the situation.)
  • Joe Gacy had a vignette about people calling him a weird guy and a maniac. It’s like he’s in his own personal hell, but maybe he does know what to do, now.
  • Dragunov cut a promo on Corbin and how with the title on his shoulder, he’s a different man.
  • Otis defeated Drew Gulak by pinfall.
  • Kiana James congratulated Tiffany Stratton backstage about winning her qualifying match. They agreed Perez can’t win again. The two of them are carrying the division on their backs and people like Perez and Henley don’t deserve to breathe the same air.
  • Jacy Jayne was given a letter by Anna Keefer (character has no name yet) on behalf of Tony D’Angelo, to give to Andre Chase. Jayne opened it and started to read the contents, before Chase ripped it away from her and said it isn’t something she wants to get involved with. Duke Hudson and Thea Hail came over and there was some awkwardness, with Jayne then saying Chase and Hudson defend their titles next week against Tony D and Stacks. Chase cancelled class and after everyone left, he looked at the papers again and looked distraught.
  • Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match: Dijak defeated Tyler Bate by pinfall.
  • Hayes called Williams out to the ring. He explained that without Trick, there’d be no Melo. Trick said that’s why he’s having a hard time figuring out what happened, as he’s always put their partnership first. He did whatever he had to do to make sure that whenever Melo shoots, he doesn’t miss. Hayes said “Whenever I won, you won.” Trick said that’s easy to say, but it doesn’t apply the other way around when Trick has the ball, taking the shots. Hayes says he always knew Trick was destined for greatness. Trick wants to do his own thing, have his own moments, have his own main events. Whenever Hayes needed him, he was there, but where is Melo when Trick gets attacked? Hayes asks if Trick had seen who attacked him, and Trick claims he got hit from behind and the only voice he heard was Melo’s. Trick flat out asks if Melo attacked him, and before Hayes can answer, Lexis King comes out to stoke the flames. Is Trick sure that it was Melo who assaulted him, rather than someone new around there with some dark and twisted thoughts looking to make a name for himself? Trick goes to hit King, but King dodges, so Trick nails Hayes instead. Williams helped him up and they hugged, begrudgingly.
