- Six-Man Tag Team Match: DarkState (Cutler James, Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin) defeated Joe Hendry, Hank Walker & Tank Ledger by pinfall on Ledger.
- In the women’s locker room, Thea Hail and Karmen Petrovic were having a conversation about being solo acts (after Hail is no longer in Chase U and Petrovic just dumped Ashante “Thee” Adonis) when Jaida Parker came over to trash talk them, leading to a challenge between Parker and Petrovic for later.
- ZARIA defeated Kelani Jordan by pinfall.
- Backstage, Wes Lee, Tyriek Igwe, and Tyson DuPont approached Tony D’Angelo. Lee said the reason why The Don isn’t in the battle royal is because he doesn’t have The Family anymore to back him up. When Tony D was ready for a fight, Lee turned it down to prepare for the battle royal instead.
- Lola Vice tells Stephanie Vaquer backstage that no matter who walks out of Battleground with the women’s title, she’s going to be the next in line. Giulia comes over to tell Vaquer she hasn’t forgotten about getting her title back.
- Myles Borne won the 25-Man Battle Royal to determine the No. 1 Contender for the NXT Championship
- Jaida Parker defeated Karmen Petrovic by pinfall. Thea Hail came out after the match and was also taken out by Parker.
- OTM had a vignette hyping up their return to action.
- Wes Lee was on the phone talking about how “he took the bait” and “the match is set”. Every man’s got a price. Behind them, Yoshiki Inamura apologized for accidentally taking Josh Briggs out of the battle royal. He then said he’s going back to Japan and he wishes he could have been a better partner for Briggs. Brooks Jensen (along with Niko Vance and Izzi Dame) came by so Jensen could gloat that he’s been in that position and the problem’s always been Briggs, not his partners.
- No Quarter Catch Crew celebrated Myles Borne’s win. Charlie Dempsey tried to steal the title shot, saying Borne “won it for the group” and he’d be better off fighting Oba Femi, who came over to congratulate Borne on his win. Borne volunteered Dempsey to face Femi next week to prove how it’s done and even suggested if he wins, it becomes a Triple Threat, but Femi said he’s done with Triple Threats. Dempsey is now mad at Borne and walked off.
- Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors gave Andre Chase some new clothes. New Chase U, new Chase fit.
- NXT Women’s Championship No. 1 Contender’s Match: Jordynne Grace defeated Giulia by pinfall. Stephanie Vaquer came out after to have a pose-down with Grace in the ring.
