WWE WrestleMania 41 Results: Saturday Night 1
- On the pre-show, it was announced that not only has WWE purchased AAA, but there will be a WWE/NXT/AAA Worlds Collide crossover event on June 7th (the same day as Money in the Bank). Also, Rey Mysterio is not medically cleared to compete, so Rey Fenix will replace him tonight against El Grande Americano.
- Earlier today, Bayley was taken out of tomorrow’s women’s tag title match. Lyra Valkyria needs to find a replacement, which will likely be Becky Lynch.
- Singles Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Jey Uso defeated Gunther (c) by submission to win the title!
- World Tag Team Championship Match: The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) defeated The War Raiders Erik & Ivar (c) by pinfall to win the titles!
- Jade Cargill defeated Naomi by pinfall.
- Singles Match for the United States Championship: Jacob Fatu defeated LA Knight (c) by pinfall to win the title!
- El Grande Americano defeated Rey Fenix by pinfall.
- Singles Match for the WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) defeated Charlotte Flair by pinfall.
- Triple Threat Match: Seth Rollins defeated CM Punk and Roman Reigns by pinfall on Reigns due to some help from Paul Heyman, who turned on both Punk and Reigns.
