Tonight’s episode of WWE 205 Live comes from the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.
The following are ongoing results of what transpired during the show:
— In the opening preview video, Drake Maverick clarifies that the Stomping Grounds match will be a Triple Threat with both Akira Tozawa and Drew Gulak facing Tony Nese for the Cruiserweight Championship, as both of their shoulders were pinned in the previous episode of 205 Live.
— Backstage, Noam Dar is claiming to be on vacation and still rehabbing his injuries from Drew Gulak. Nurses have said he will be ready to return to action soon, but that is only if Drake Maverick has improved the working conditions. The Brian Kendrick pops up to ruin the facade of Dar being anywhere but backstage.
— The Brian Kendrick defeated Russ Taylor by pinfall
— Sarah Schreiber talks to Gentleman Jack Gallagher about the count-out loss he had against Chad Gable last week. He says they have unfinished business. Mike and Maria Kanellis interrupt the interview to say Gallagher blew his opportunity and should be embarrassed. Guys like Gallagher have become dead weight and WWE management has tried so hard to keep them because they’re better than that. Kanellis says he’s done being overlooked. Gallagher challenges Kanellis to a match next week.
— Oney Lorcan defeated Ariya Daivari by disqualification after Daivari uses a chair and then beats down Lorcan some more post-match.
