We begin with the MVP Lounge with Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler takes credit for McIntyre’s success and calls him and unemployed loser begging for a handout. MVP thanks him on behalf of Drew and Dolph says that lack of gratitude will cost him the title.
Drew comes out and he says he’s been doing a lot of soul searching after last week and he believes Dolph used him. Drew says at Extreme Rules, he’s going to torture him and beg him to stop. Whatever happens on Sunday is on Dolph.
Drew says he doesn’t think he can continue waiting until Sunday and he knocks out Dolph with a right hand.
Andrade and Garza are interviewed. Zelina says Charly needs to stop saying there is division. No one can measure up to those two, and Charly doesn’t measure up to Zelina as a woman.
Andrade says if Garza has his back, Garza will have his. The Viking Raiders are backstage. Erik says they’ve been dominant for the past year and they dishonored the tag team division by attacking the Street Profits. Now they run through them. Ivar takes Garza’s rose and gives to Caruso.

Andrade and Erik are eliminated. Garza wins the match by countering a top rope dive into a powerbomb for the win.

Ruby Riott is interviewed backstage and The IIconics cut her off. They remind her they both beat Ruby. They’re going to have a tag team match but since Ruby doesn’t have friends, it may be a Handicap match. But unfortunately for them, Ruby has a partner, and it’s a returning Bianca Belair.

Cedric Alexander asks Truth if he’s worried about Randy Orton, and Truth says they’re mistaken because Ric challenged him, not Orton. Ricochet reminded him Flair challenges him on behalf of Orton. Truth says he has to go before running into Tozawa.
Truth asks Tozawa if he can teach him black belt in 5 minutes. He says no and attempts to pin him and fails. He challenges him to a formal 24/7 match and Tozawa accepts.
Truth, Tozawa and the ninjas arrive in the ring for their match before Shayna Baszler arrives. She takes out all of the ninjas. Akira escapes, and then Shayna stares Truth down. Truth says he’ll let himself out and gives Shayna the mic.
Shayna says she’s allowed everyone to have their fun but she’s done. She says all of the women’s champions are under the delusion that they’re in control, but the Queen of Spades is here to hit them with reality.
Murphy is walking backstage and Rollins asks him what’s troubling him. Murphy asks what Seth means by an eye for an eye and asks if someone’s eye will really be lost. Seth says nothing important happens without sacrifice and that Rey asked for this. He has a message to deliver.
Rollins comes out and says all he’s trying to do is lead RAW into the greater good and Rey has always resisted every step. He never meant to harm Mysterio, and he did everything to fulfill the prophecy that the WWE Universe began by asking him to be that person.
Rey will never watch his son get married, her wife’s face of the sunset. It will be the end of Rey Mysterio, but with that becomes a new beginning. Kevin Owens comes out.
Owens says he’s disturbed by the concept of the match, but even more disturbing is Seth making Rey, a very nice guy, get to the point where he wants to gouge Seth’s eye out. But he says after Rey is done with him, he can wear an eye patch a pirate he knows gave to him.

Owens wins with the Stunner after Rollins is distracted by Mysterio, Dominick and Black.

After the match, Mysterio says Rollins will only walk out with one eye this Sunday.
Flair talks to Big Show and he says for all of Big Show’s ability, he’s picking a fight he can’t win. Big Show asks if Flair is willing to sacrifice his friendships so Orton can be the legend killer.

Orton says he had friends in this industry that he had to put at home, such as Edge, Christian and now The Big Show. It baffles him that Big Show would rather defend Edge and Christian’s broken bodies than maintain his relationship with him.
Orton says it would also be a shame if Ric were to do anything to jeopardize his friendship with him. He also holds Truth in high regard for making people laugh, but it’ll be a shame for Truth to join a long list that came before him.
