- NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Scareway to Hell Ladder Match: Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne) defeated Io Shirai and Zoey Stark (c) and Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta to win the titles!
- Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams are spooked out looking around the place Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis “Home Alone’d the crap out of” as a haunted house.
- Grayson Waller is the host of the show instead of LA Knight.
- Joe Gacy defeated Malik Blade by pinfall with some help from Harland.
- Vignette: Kay Lee Ray is pissed that she’s had the longest women’s title reign in years, but it hasn’t gotten her any respect.
- Backstage, Waller explained how Halloween is like cosplay to Ikemen Jiro and checked on others at the party. Cameron Grimes struck out with two girls.
- Malcolm Bivens has issued a Diamond Mine Open Challenge. Odyssey Jones answered and challenged Roderick Strong. Bivens pointed out that he’s far above the 205 pound limit, so this isn’t an NXT Cruiserweight Championship match.
- Roderick Strong defeated Odyssey Jones by pinfall.
- Backstage at the party, Xyon Quinn took out Robert Stone (dressed as Elvis) by slamming him through a table.
- Raquel Gonzalez came out on a motorcycle and spun the wheel to get Chucky’s Choice, which was a Trick or Street Fight.
- NXT Women’s Championship Trick or Street Fight Match: Mandy Rose defeated Raquel Gonzalez (c) by pinfall to win the title with some help from a cloaked woman who hit Gonzalez with a shovel. That mysterious figure was revealed to be Dakota Kai.
- Hayes and Williams came across Andre Chase and told him to lead the way as a teachable moment. Chase got taken away by zombies. They found the North American Championship and fought their way out of the area, running off. Johnny Gargano then told Lumis that his house is weird and next year, they’re doing Halloween at the Gargano household.
- Waller was in the ring promoting his social media accounts. LA Knight then came out, finally ready to host. Solo Sikoa came out next and took out Waller while Knight backed off.
- NXT Tag Team Championship Lumber-Jack O’Lantern Match: Imperium defeated MSK (c) by pinfall to win the titles!
- NXT Championship Match: Tommaso Ciampa (c) defeated Bron Breakker by pinfall to retain the title.
