Advertised in advance for tonight’s episode is Adam Cole vs. Matt Riddle for the NXT Championship, Shayna Baszler vs. Candice LeRae for the NXT Women’s Championship, The Undisputed ERA vs. The Street Profits for the NXT Tag Team Championship and Johnny Gargano vs. Shane Thorne.

— Tommaso Ciampa then made his return with his sight set on Adam Cole. He eyed him up and stared him down to end the show.
