Team Authority Opens Up RAW

The WWE Survivor Series “go-home” edition of WWE RAW opens up with “Team
Authority” making their way down to the ring to the tune of Triple H’s “King of
Kings” theme song.

“The Game” begins by reminding everyone of the heavy-duty stipulation
surrounding the “Team Cena” vs. “Team Authority” match at Survivor Series. From
there, Stephanie McMahon hops on the mic and talks about how they’re going to
win.

HHH talks about how the “WWE Universe” are all sheep. He reminds everyone
that while they cheer for Vince McMahon now, it wasn’t too long ago when he was
the “evil Mr. McMahon.” He says if Team Authority lose, the inmates will run the
asylum. He says the last time the inmates ran the asylum was in a place called
WCW, a company they picked up at an auction.

HHH and Steph promise that tonight, “Team Cena” will be decimated. He says
there will be a contract signing tonight and we’ll see who’s left and who’s
willing to sign on as part of Cena’s team.

After running down “Team Authority” one-by-one, Stephanie McMahon is
interrupted by Ryback. Steph talks about how emotions ran high last week and
they may have made some decisions that they regret. She says, “isn’t that right,
Kane?” Kane says he regrets his actions.

Stephanie says they respect Ryback, but John Cena doesn’t. She says this
footage will prove it. A clip airs of Cena cutting a promo on Ryback last year
on a few different occasions, talking trash about him and mocking him.

Once the footage is done, Steph says the video speaks for itself. She says
Cena is jealous of him. She asks if that is someone he can trust and go to
battle with. She asks if he wants the contempt of Team Cena or the respect of
Team Authority.

Ryback says he plays for the one team he can count on, and that’s Team
Ryback. The fans don’t react at all as he walks away. You could literally hear a
pin drop. HHH says it’s a wise decision and he’s smart to stay out of the fight.
He says for everyone who is in the fight — the decimation starts now.

He tells Luke Harper to stay in the ring now. He says the decimation starts
now. He makes a match between Harper and Dolph Ziggler. With that said,
Ziggler’s music hits and out he comes.

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Luke Harper vs. Dolph Ziggler
(c)

Harper is in the ring and Ziggler is making his way to the ring. We head to a
commercial. Harper vs. Ziggler is up next.

When we return from commercial, we see Seth Rollins sitting at ringside as a
guest commentator for this match. Lilian Garcia announces that she was just
informed during the break that this will be an Intercontinental Championship
match.

Both guys are introduced and as soon as the introductions are done, Joey
Mercury and Jaie Noble, who were at ringside with Rollins, hit the ring and jump
Ziggler. Rollins joins in and blasts Ziggler with his Money In The Bank
briefcase. The three leave the ring as Michael Cole informs us that the match
hasn’t even started yet.

Ziggler takes a while, but finally crawls back to his feet. As soon as he
does, the bell rings to make this one official. Harper then immediately blasts
Ziggler with a big boot, covers him AND …Ziggler kicks out at two. Harper then
hits a big seated powerbomb and covers him, but Ziggler again manages to kick
out at two. On that note, we head to a mid-match commercial.

We’re back from the break and we see Harper still in firm control of the
offense in this I-C title match with “The Show Off.” Out of nowhere, however,
Ziggler nails Harper with a FameAsser. Harper still manages to kick out at two
and then quickly takes over the offense once again. Out of nowhere, Harper
launches Ziggler in the air and then blasts him with the big clothesline. 1-2-3.
We have a new I-C champion, folks.

After the match, Rollins enters the ring and hits Ziggler with a Curb Stomp.
From there, we head to another commercial break.

Winner and NEW WWE Intercontinental Champion: Luke Harper

Backstage: The Miz, Damien Mizdow & Grumpy Cat

When we return from commercial, The Miz and Damien Mizdow are shown
backstage. Miz does a big hype job for a movie, which Sandow of course mimics.
Finally, once he’s done, Miz says, “what do you think?” The camera pans over and
we see the “Grumpy Cat.” He then introduces stunt grumpy cat, which is a stuffed
animal. Miz and Sandow leave, only for Miz to return to the scene and tell the
cat he’s sorry for losing his temper. He kisses the cat and walks off.

Adam Rose (with The Bunny) vs. Tyson Kidd (with Natalya)

From there, Adam Rose and The Rosebuds — including The Bunny – party their
way down to the ring. During their ring entrance, we head to another commercial
break.

We’re back from the break and we see Tyson Kidd — headphones and all —
standing on the top rope posing for the crowd. Rose and Kidd are in one-on-one
action here on RAW.

The bell rings and here we go. Rose orders The Bunny to stand by his corner.
Rose works Kidd over in the corner to start. Kidd is distracted by the Rosebuds.
Rose nails a big spinebuster for a 2 count. The Bunny flirts with Natalya and
distracts Rose. This sets up Kidd putting the Sharpshooter on Rose. Rose taps
out. Kidd wins.

After the match, The Bunny comes in the ring to help Rose up. The Bunny ducks
a clothesline and grinds Rose from behind. The Bunny runs out of the ring, goes
to the top of the stage and does a dry-hump motion with his body. We head to
commercial.

Winner: Tyson Kidd

Bray Wyatt & Dean Ambrose In-Ring Segment

When we return from commercial, Bray Wyatt makes his way down to the ring for
a promo segment.

Bray speaks about Dean Ambrose and says he wants Ambrose to see how Wyatt can
save them. He tells Ambrose to embrace this and he will make it all go away. We
hear Ambrose start talking on the mic and then he appears on the big screen. He
tells Wyatt to stop babbling. Ambrose reveals that he’s talking on a taped promo
and that he’s really in the audience.

The lights come back on and Ambrose attacks Wyatt from behind. Ambrose
unloads and Wyatt manages to escape. Ambrose says he doesn’t need saving and
Wyatt just needs to worry about saving himself at Survivor Series. Wyatt is
shown at the top of the ramp with a concerned look on his face as Ambrose stares
him down from the ring. We head to commercial.
