Welcome to another edition of WWE Recap Report — a breakdown of the biggest takeaways of the week from WWE programming for those who may have missed out.

Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the breaking news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.

Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.

With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW

  • The show opened with a promo where it was decided Bobby Lashley will have to beat all three others in the Triple Threat for Day 1 in order to be added to the title match.
  • Otis defeated Riddle by pinfall.
  • Bianca Belair defeated Doudrop by pinfall.
  • Bobby Lashley defeated Kevin Owens by submission.
  • Becky Lynch cut a promo about how everyone would have doubted Liv Morgan even after she had won the title if that would have happened. Morgan came out to prove Becky cheated to win last week. She challenged Lynch to a rematch for Day 1. Becky said she’s on, but only after she stomped Morgan’s arm in the steel steps.
  • AJ Styles isn’t giving up on his tag team with Omos. Neither is Omos.
  • Earlier, outside the arena, Dana Brooke was walking with Reggie (who was flirting with her and wanted to offer her some advice) and was jumped by R-Truth, Akira Tozawa and Tamina all vying for the 24/7 Championship. They all failed as Brooke and Reggie got away.
  • Dirty Dawgs defeated Damian Priest and Finn Balor by pinfall due to a distraction by Austin Theory.
  • Backstage, Rhea Ripley gave Nikki A.S.H. a pep talk about how she should believe in herself based on what she’s done this year with Money in the Bank, winning the title and so on.
  • Queen Zelina Vega defeated Rhea Ripley by pinfall.
  • Seth Rollins defeated Bobby Lashley by disqualification as Kevin Owens attacked Rollins to ensure Lashley wouldn’t win. As a technicality, that meant Lashley didn’t get the three wins necessary to be in the title match. However, Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce came out to restart the match as No Disqualification. Lashley then defeated Rollins with a quick spear.
  • The Miz and Maryse hosted a MizTV that Edge interrupted. Trash talking led to a fight with Edge on top until The Miz used Maryse as a shield and then capitalized on it to hit Edge with a Skull Crushing Finale. Maryse then slapped The Miz for doing that.
  • No Disqualification Match: Bobby Lashley defeated Big E by pinfall.

NXT

  • No Holds Barred: Cameron Grimes defeated Duke Hudson by pinfall and then ripped the wig off Hudson to show his bald head.
  • Grayson Waller cut a promo about how he had attacked Johnny Gargano last week.
  • Lash Legend interviewed Jacket Time, who said they were going to wipe the floor with Grizzled Young Veterans.
  • Ivy Nile defeated Amari Miller by submission.
  • Shaman Riddle pulled some stuff out of MSK’s bag, including John Cena’s old spinner United States Championship title belt. Riddle told them their minds are too cluttered and gave them scooters.
  • Harland defeated Guru Raaj by pinfall.
  • In the parking lot, LA Knight called Grayson Waller an incel and that he should come find him before he finds him first.
  • Cora Jade defeated Dakota Kai by pinfall
  • Backstage, Grayson Waller was approached by Tiffany Stratton and Io Shirai (separately). Stratton said “My daddy says you’re a bad person.” Shirai yelled at Waller in Japanese. He smiled and nodded his head and then said “I think she likes me” after she stormed away.
  • Tony D’Angelo defeated Andre Chase by pinfall. After the match, Pete Dunne came out to fight D’Angelo, who said they could settle their issues next week, then tried to cheap shot Dunne, who saw it coming, snapped D’Angelo’s fingers and retrieved his mouth guard.
  • Boa defeated Edris Enofe by pinfall.
  • Raquel Gonzalez wants to end her story with Dakota Kai the way it began—a street fight.
  • In the parking lot, LA Knight was attacked by Grayson Waller.
  • Jacket Time defeated Grizzled Young Veterans by pinfall.
  • Bron Breakker defeated Roderick Strong by pinfall. Tommaso Ciampa jumped Breakker from behind and DDT’d him onto the title belt to make a statement.

MAIN EVENT

  • T-Bar defeated Apollo Crews
  • Veer Mahaan defeated Cedric Alexander

NXT UK

  • Charlie Dempsey defeated Joe Coffey by submission.
  • Vignette: Jordan Devlin talked about how great he looks, how much “the little people” worship him and how he’s more than a hero.
  • Promo: Moustache Mountain spoke on winning the NXT UK Tag Team Championship from Pretty Deadly. Trent Seven doesn’t know what he’s going to do when they lose those titles because he doesn’t know how long he’s got left. As long as he’s got those belts and Tyler Bate by his side, he’s going to keep fighting.
  • Kenny Williams defeated Danny Jones by pinfall. After the match, Williams attacked Mark Andrews backstage.
  • NXT UK Heritage Cup #1 Contender’s Match: A-Kid defeated Nathan Frazer

FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN

  • The Viking Raiders defeated Jinder Mahal and Shanky by pinfall.

  • Ridge Holland defeated Cesaro by pinfall.
  • Naomi defeated Shayna Baszler by pinfall after quickly catching her with a random pin.
  • The New Day defeated The Usos by pinfall.
  • Roman Reigns asked Paul Heyman once again about his potential relationship with Brock Lesnar. Heyman said he’s been protecting Reigns from Lesnar. Reigns thanked him for his service, said he’s fired, hit him with a Superman Punch and was about to give him a con-chair-to until Lesnar came out. Lesnar took out The Usos, then nailed Reigns with two F-5s to end the show.

205 LIVE
