Welcome to another edition of WWE Recap Report — a breakdown of the biggest takeaways of the week from WWE programming for those who may have missed out.

Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the breaking news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.

Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.

With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW

  • The show opened with a promo between Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman. Heyman suggested Lesnar won’t make it to WrestleMania with the WWE Championship as he’s set to defend it at Madison Square Garden on March 5th.
  • Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins are hoping to get a tag title shot for WrestleMania.
  • Alpha Academy defeated The Street Profits by pinfall.
  • Tommaso Ciampa and Finn Balor defeated Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode by pinfall.
  • On MizTV, The Miz challenged The Mysterios to a match at WrestleMania and introduced his partner for the match, Logan Paul. Together, they took out Rey and Dominik.
  • Rhea Ripley defeated Nikki A.S.H. by pinfall.
  • Damian Priest defeated Shelton Benjamin by pinfall.
  • Reggie called Dana Brooke to the ring. He apologized for pinning her and winning the 24/7 Championship and decided she means more to him than the title, so he laid down for her. However, he kicked out of two pinfalls, until Dana held him down with a kiss and won the belt back. They both ran off together to avoid Tamina and Akira Tozawa (who tried to kiss Tamina and was promptly dropped).
  • Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch had a promo segment to try to hype their WrestleMania match. Belair then beat Doudrop by pinfall.
  • Edge spoke about how important it is to get a WrestleMania spot. As much as he needs Mania, though, Mania also needs him. He puts out a challenge for someone to step up, while mentioning that he’s phenomenal, to tease AJ Styles being that guy.
  • Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins defeated RK-Bro by pinfall.

NXT

  • Bron Breakker opened the show with a promo about Stand and Deliver coming up in a few weeks. Dolph Ziggler interrupted to say Breakker will be there, for sure, as he’s talented and whatnot, but he’s not going to be heading to Stand and Deliver as champion, as that belt is coming Ziggler’s way.
  • Grayson Waller defeated LA Knight by pinfall. Knight laid out Waller and Sanga after the match, though.
  • Earlier today, Dakota Kai approached a sleeping Wendy Choo backstage to ask her why she didn’t tell her she signed them up for the Dusty Cup. Wendy claims to have told Dakota’s split personality. Dakota said she has a bad track record with teammates. Wendy wrote it off as “you haven’t had me as a partner” and walked off. Dakota talked to herself, wondering if the third time’s the charm, but probably not.
  • Cora Jade’s idea of training with Raquel Gonzalez is to do some ziplining, a tree-top obstacle course and other things to conquer Raquel’s fear of heights.
  • Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Round 1 Match: Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray defeated Lash Legend and Amari Miller by pinfall to advance to the semifinals.
  • Duke Hudson defeated Dante Chen by pinfall.
  • Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams cut a promo on how Hayes beat Cameron Grimes at Vengeance Day. Pete Dunne came out to say Hayes hasn’t beaten him and challenged him to a match. Grimes then attacked both Hayes and Williams.
  • Cameron Grimes defeated Trick Williams by pinfall.
  • Andre Chase is going after Von Wagner with some intestinal fortitude.
  • Nikkita Lyons defeated Kayla Inlay by pinfall.
  • Duke Hudson kissed Persia Pirotta backstage. Indi Hartwell said “gross” and asked what she’s doing. Persia left. Duke said “Gross? You used to enjoy it.” That was a long time ago, but Dexter Lumis saw this, lowered his head in sadness and walked off. Indi said it wasn’t what it seemed and told Duke she despises him.
  • Malcolm Bivens and The Creed Brothers celebrated winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Imperium came out to intimidate them and Solo Sikoa helped save Bivens from GUNTHER by laying him out.
  • Josh Briggs finds Brooks Jensen’s love problems entertaining. He tried to film him for a dating app until Fallon Henley pointed out that Brooks just needs a photo.
  • Joe Gacy (with Harland) spoke to McKenzie Mitchell about how they approached Draco Anthony earlier in an attempt to recruit him to their side.
  • Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Round 1 Match: Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro defeated Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley by pinfall. Nile took out Paxley post-match to punish her for losing.
  • Next week, Solo Sikoa will face GUNTHER. Bivens thanked him for what he did. Sikoa said he didn’t do it for Bivens; he did it for himself.
  • Dolph Ziggler defeated Tommaso Ciampa by pinfall with some help from Robert Roode, who was disguised as a camera man and interfered. Bron Breakker came out to help make the save for Ciampa and the two sides brawled to end the show.

MAIN EVENT

  • Veer Mahaan defeated Apollo Crews
  • Liv Morgan defeated Queen Zelina Vega

NXT UK

  • Amale defeated Xia Brookside by pinfall.
  • Noam Dar and Sha Samuels want Sid Scala to suspend Gallus indefinitely for their recent actions. Scala says in two weeks, Joe Coffey gets a shot at the NXT UK Heritage Cup. Mark Coffey is also set for a match against Samuels.
  • Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz had their interview immediately interrupted by Pretty Deadly. Starz then cut holes out of Pretty Deadly’s shirts to compensate. Mastiff approved.
  • Rohan Raja defeated Danny Jones by pinfall. Die Familie continued to beat down on Jones after the match.
  • Vignette: Symbiosis isn’t where it wants to be, but Eddie Dennis says an arrow can only be fired if it is first drawn back. Keep focus and aim.
  • Backstage, Samuels and Mark Coffey talked more trash. Also, during the break, A-Kid had a stare down with Die Familie and grabbed Charlie Dempsey to tell him “I thought you were better than that.”
  • Andy Shepherd welcomed Meiko Satomura to the ring. After a highlight package, he presented her with flowers from Johnny Saint. She thanked Johnny and the NXT UK universe. Then, the lights went out and Isla Dawn interrupted. She wants to thank Meiko for giving her a sense of purpose and something to desire. Satomura called her a strong competitor and said if she wants a championship match, she just needs to ask. Dawn said she doesn’t ask for things; she takes them. She kicked Satomura in the head and stole her flowers.
  • Sam Gradwell spoke to himself in the mirror about how losing his hair doesn’t upset him, but knowing Kenny Williams did that to him is what he can’t get over.
  • Ilja Dragunov accepts Nathan Frazer’s challenge.
  • Next week, Gallus and Noam Dar are banned from ringside for Coffey vs. Samuels, and Pretty Deadly will face Jack Starz and Dave Mastiff to go along with Dragunov vs. Frazer.
  • Moustache Mountain defeated Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith by pinfall to retain the NXT UK Tag Team Championship. Trent Seven had knocked Smith’s foot off the ropes, which would have broken up the pinfall and continued the match.

FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN

  • The show opened with a Ronda Rousey promo that was interrupted by Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville. Next week, Rousey will face Deville as per orders from up above.
  • The New Day defeated Los Lotharios by pinfall.
  • The Usos were attacked backstage by The Viking Raiders during their interview with Sam Roberts.
  • Xia Li defeated Natalya by pinfall.
  • Sami Zayn had a celebration for winning back his Intercontinental Championship. You can’t keep a good man down. Johnny Knoxville interrupted and challenged Zayn, who said no and hit him with a Helluva Kick. After the commercial, Ricochet put his name in the hat for a title shot, which Adam Pearce granted him for next week.
  • Sasha Banks defeated Shotzi by submission. After the match, Naomi stepped into the ring and said “You’re looking at the next WWE women’s tag team champions.”
  • Drew McIntyre defeated Madcap Moss by pinfall again.
  • Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar had a contract signing. Their titles will now be unified at WrestleMania, instead of it just being for both belts.

NXT LEVEL UP

  • James Drake defeated Xyon Quinn
  • Elektra Lopez defeated Sarray
  • Harland and Joe Gacy defeated Jacket Time
