Date: October 24th, 2017

Welcome to SmackDown Live. There was a video recap of SmackDown invaded Raw on Monday night. Shane McMahon walks down to the ring. He says that he’s been undergoing some serious physical rehab for the last few weeks since Hell In A Cell but he’s back in charge and ready to go. Survivor Series is fast approaching. It is the only time that Raw and Smackdown compete head to head. Shane learned from an early age that if you’re going to fight it’s best to strike first. That’s why he and the SD roster went to Raw last night.

When Angle called him needing an attraction to face The Demon Finn Balor, that’s when it hit Shane. He knew exactly what they were going to do after that. There has been this perception that the SD stars are somehow lesser than the Raw stars and so it was decided that #UnderSiege would be launched. And Raw did not know what hit them. As Shane is talking, Sami Zayn’s music hits and he comes out dancing and acting in high spirits. He gets to the ring and dances in an obnoxious manner directly in Shane’s personal space with a big smile on his face.

Zayn starts by saying hello and then says, “Look, no hard feelings about Hell In A Cell right?” Shane says there are definitely hard feelings but they’ll have to deal with that another time. Not only did Zayn pull Owens out of the way but he dragged Owens on top of Shane for the 1-2-3. So there are some seriously hard feelings. Zayn tells Shane that if he was standing in the ring with Shane the competitor, he’d hurt Shane really, really bad. He’d beat him in one second. But that’s not why he’s out there. Zayn and Kevin Owens have mulled it over and they’ve decided that they will agree to represent SD Live at Survivor Series.

Zayn says not only does Shane wants them but he needs them. And one thing Shane is not is a stupid man. Shane says that Zayn will have to defeat Randy Orton tonight in order to join the SD Live Survivor Series team.

There was a Fashion Dogs segment shown featuring Tyler Breeze, Fandango and The Ascension.

Daniel Bryan is asking Shane McMahon when he was going to tell him about his plan to ransack Raw last night. Bryan says that he thought they were a team, but he didn’t agree with the decision anyways. Shane says that sometimes, as commissioner, he has to make some decisions on his own. Bryan says he understands Shane is the boss, but a GM he’s just giving his input.

WWE Champion Jinder Mahal comes out with The Singh Brothers to cut a promo. As he stands in the ring, the crowd chants, “USA!” Jinder says that Paul Heyman is a liar. He shows a clip from last night of Heyman accepting Jinder’s Survivor Series challenge and telling him he’s going to Suplex City. The clip ends and Jinder is shaking his head. Jinder says that unlike that used car salesmen, Heyman, Jinder has earned everything he has in the WWE. He worked hard and now he is the most powerful man on the roster.

Jinder says Heyman was right though, he is not Lesnar’s equal, contemporary or counterpart. He is Lesnar’s worst nightmare.
