As Michael Cole was used to say, here comes THE BIG DOG!! Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring alongside Heyman & Solo. He asks South Carolina to acknowledge him. KO & Sami interrupt. The crowd is chanting for Sami. As they get to the ring, Reigns asks them to acknowledge him and says that they can leave their tag title belts in the ring and excuse themselves.

Owens lays the titles down, but that’s because he is ready to fight. Reigns mocks KO before saying that it’s Sami who concerns him. Reigns turns his attention to Smi and says that the only regret he has in his career is wasting his time with him. Sami replies that the only regret he has in his career is not smashing that chair in his back sooner.

Sami berates Roman and declares that at Night of Champions, Roman & Solo don’t stand a chance against them. They won’t win the titles, because they, especially Reigns, isn’t as good as Sami & KO. As a matter of fact, he isn’t even as good as The Usos.

As Reigns gets worked up, The Usos attack Sami & KO from behind. Laying the champs down, they enter the ring, but their Tribal Chief ain’t happy. He yells at them for not letting his plan play out.

He grabs Solo to leave but Solo does the slow-head turn to look at his arm as Reigns was grabbing it. Reigns stops and looks at him cautiously. The Undisputed Champion storms out by himself as we head to the break.

Back from the break, The Bloodline are back in Reigns’ locker room, and Reigns is pissed off at The Usos, because their interruption meant that he couldn’t say his piece. He essentially tells them to **** off.

Up next is ‘The Grayson Waller Effect’ with AJ Styles. He essentially does a “Miz TV” style promo, stating that at Night of Champions, Seth Rollins will become the new World Heavyweight Champion. Styles gets in his face as we cut backstage to the LWO, who are discussing their plans for tonight, where they face The Usos in the main event.

Michael Cole and Wade Barrett inform us that Liv Morgan’s unfortunate injury will keep her out of action for an extended period of time. As a result, both Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez have been compelled to relinquish their hold on the prestigious WWE Women’s Tag-Team Championships.

In two weeks’ time, on Monday Night Raw, Raquel Rodriguez will step into the ring with a partner of her choosing to take on Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler, Bayley & Iyo Sky, and Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green in a Fatal-4-Way showdown to determine the brand-new champions.

Meanwhile, Bayley, who is backstage, informs us of Dakota Kai’s injury last week and says how it’s a much bigger deal than Morgan’s injury. She then vows to capture the Women’s Tag-Team Championships alongside Iyo Sky.

The United States Champion is out next, talking about this, that, and the other thing. As he talks about Sheamus & Bobby Lashley’s actions last week, and starts taking one shot after another at Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior interrupts.

Sheamus simply walks past him. Theory asks if he’s got something to say, but Sheamus turns around and blasts him with a Brogue Kick. Sheamus leaves Theory laying A-Town DOWN and then calmly exits the ring and heads to the back without saying anything.

Paul E. is backstage with The Usos for a pep-talk. He says The Tribal Chief has forgiven them, but tonight’s match is important, and that’s where their focus should be. The Usos ask him if Reigns will be ringside, but Paul E. says no, since “it’s just the LWO!”

#5. LWO vs. The Usos – Winners: LWO

The finish saw Sami & KO run out and distract The Usos, allowing Mysterio & Escobar to capitalize.

Following the match, Owens and Zayn are seen grinning from ear to ear at ringside, as Rey & Escobar celebrate inside the ring. The cameras quickly cut to The Bloodline’s locker room, where Roman Reigns appears visibly upset by the match’s result.

Solo Sikoa gets up to go solve the problem, but Reigns calmly prevents him from doing so. With that tense moment, SmackDown goes off the air…
