The issue between Matt Hardy & Impact Wrestling releasing the full rights to the “Broken” gimmick is still going forward. As reported here on eWn a week ago, Impact Wrestling filed for trademark over the rights to the gimmick which lead to Matt Hardy tweeting Anthem Sports Executive VP Ed Nordholm that Impact Wrestling is holding the gimmick hostage from the fans.
This morning, an exchange of tweets between two fans drew the attention of Matt Hardy, stating that Impact Wrestling has a chance to do the right thing which is to release the rights of the “Broken” gimmick to himself & the WWE
For the love of God, please come to agreement with Matt and Reby. Fans want it. You stand to benefit from the overflow exposure. Do it.
