As noted, WWE filed a 117-page document with the SEC on Thursday detailing the transaction of its TV production facility in Stamford. WWE brought the building for for $26.9 million under “WWE Real Estate Holdings, LLC.” The building was officially acquired on September 14th.
WWE issued the following statement to The Stamford Advocate:
“WWE currently occupies 20,000 square feet, and our plan is to occupy an additional 40,000 square feet (existing on the property) within the next year. AmeriCares is under a long-term lease and occupies 90,000 square feet and Squash Alley occupies the remaining 4,000 square feet.”
