WWE NXT 2.0 star Sanga will star in the major upcoming Bollywood film ‘Brahmastra Part One: Shiva.’
Dave Meltzer reported the news in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The film is scheduled for a September 9 release and will be distributed by Star Studios in India and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures worldwide.
Sanga, real name Saurav Gurjar, previously indicated that he will be playing a ‘negative’ character in the movie. Sanga previously served in the role of Bhim in the TV series ‘Mahabharat’ from 2013 to 2014 and appeared in several other TV series.
Sanga signed with WWE in 2018 and formed the ‘Indus Sher’ team with Veer Mahaan, but they split up in 2021.
