On the last few episodes of Smackdown Live, Charlotte has aligned herself with current Smackdown Live Women’s Champion Naomi & Becky Lynch due to the sneak attacks from the newly formed “Welcoming Committee” stable of: Natalya, Carmella, Tamina & James Ellsworth.
It was noted on the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Live that several WWE officials were not pleased with Charlotte’s face turn. Due to this, her baby-face run could be very short which could either lead to Charlotte going back to feuding with Naomi after Backlash or Charlotte possibly turning on her teammates at Backlash. At the PPV on May 21st, it will be SD Live Women’s Champion Naomi alongside Charlotte & Becky Lynch vs. Natalya, Carmella & Tamina.
