AEW All Out 2020 Preview: Full Card, Match Predictions & More

Notable Wrestlers Missing from the Card

Note: This is not a full list of everyone on the roster who is not scheduled for the show. It excludes jobbers, injured talent, people who wouldn’t have normally been expected to appear on the show for some fashion, those who are unable to perform due to travel restrictions and so on. It also should be noted that much of the information regarding COVID-19 pandemic regulations and precautions is not public knowledge, so there’s no telling if anyone on this list or elsewhere is not going to be on the card due to those factors.

IE, no, it’s not notable that Anthony Ogogo isn’t on the card, as he hasn’t done a single thing. Nor does it really matter that PAC isn’t here as he’s stuck unable to travel. I’m also not bothering to add jobbers like Michael Nakazawa, Luther, etc.

Private Party / Frankie Kazarian, Christopher Daniels = Had these four won their tag team match on this week’s Dynamite, they would have been in a match against each other. I don’t know why AEW bothered to have that kind of setup for such a meaningless thing.

Brandon Cutler / Peter Avalon = The Initiative split on this week’s episode of Dark. Since both Cutler and Avalon have had zero wins, I think it could have been neat if they were booked against each other on the Buy In. That way, one of them would have had to score their first victory and it could have meant something more than if it were just on Dark or Dynamite.

Joey Janela, Sonny Kiss = These two are also names I could see in the Casino Battle Royale. However, they weren’t in the brawl chaos from what I’ve noticed, since they were victims to Jericho and Hager in the prior segment.

Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford = There isn’t much room on the card at all for Penelope Ford, but I would have thought Kip Sabian would be in the Casino Battle Royale. He probably will be, as not all the competitors have been announced.

The Nightmare Sisters (Allie and Brandi Rhodes) = Why aren’t they fighting Tay Conti and Anna Jay if they’re feuding with Dark Order right now? Brandi even called out Anna.

Cody = I know the whole idea of Cody appearing here other than to interfere in the eight-man tag team match goes against this current story, but the fact that they wrote him off the card in and of itself is something I’m not fond of.

Nyla Rose = Simply put, the women’s title match was already booked and she had her chances. There wasn’t anything else for Nyla Rose to be doing on this card.
