As noted, Austin Aries got kicked in the face in his match with Nakamura at last night’s NXT live event. The referee had to stop the match. His eye was busted opened and accordingly needed stitches. Luckily, the injury is not considered to be serious. Aries posted a graphic photo of his eye on Twitter, which you can view down below:
