AEW Revolution 2024
Highlights:
- During the main event, Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, and Sting’s sons helped Sting & Darby Allin to retain the tag team titles against The Young Bucks. Sting ended his AEW career undefeated.
- In the triple threat AEW World Championship match, Adam Page tapped out to Samoa Joe. Swerve Strickland could only wonder if he did it on purpose to keep the title away from him.
- Orange Cassidy was heavily taped up for his title defense. Roderick Strong won clean, and during his celebration, Kyle O’Reilly returned. The Undisputed Kingdom seemed to welcome him, but then O’Reilly whispered something in Strong’s ear before backing away.
- After Eddie Kingston retained the Continental Crown Championship, Bryan Danielson shook his hand out of respect. The fans were standing for parts of the match.
- Will Ospreay & Konosuke Takeshita likely stole the show with a match that had the Greensboro Coliseum rocking. The fans went crazy over how great it was.
- Christian Cage retained his title with some outside interference. Adam Copeland did not get involved.
- Wardlow earned a title shot in the All-Star scramble. He pinned Dante Martin to claim victory.
