On this week’s episode of AEW Collision, Adam Copeland once again tried to attack the Patriarchy and this time around, he had a mysterious box with him.
The former Edge attacked Christian Cage, Killswitch and Nick Wayne from the crowd by wearing a luchador mask. At the time, the announcers suggested that the person may be one of the CMLL competitors who have been appearing as of late.
Copeland eventually got to the ring with a box and held up Cage’s TNT Championship. There is no word on what is inside the box.
Adam Copeland vs. Christian Cage in an I Quit match has been announced for the March 20 episode of AEW Dynamite.
During Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision, it was announced that a tournament to crown new AEW World Tag Team Champions will be kicking off next week. The belts have been vacated after Sting & Darby Allin retained at Revolution 2024.
The Young Bucks, FTR, Orange Cassidy & Trent Beretta, and The Infantry have all been announced for the tournament so far.
