Ricky Starks has provided a positive update following an injury scare during Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision.
Starks and Big Bill faced Top Flight in a tag team tournament quarterfinal match, where Starks seemingly suffered an injury from a pele kick by Darius Martin. Despite the unplanned finish, Top Flight advanced to face FTR in the next round.
Starks confirmed on Instagram that he’s okay and was just being cautious. Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez mentioned on today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that Starks is dealing with a stinger, not a concussion.
