The feud between FTR and Lucha Bros might have ended in AEW, but things are far from over in Mexico.
Another bout between them has been announced, as the two teams will once again collide on January 30th at AAA’s TV tapings in Merida for the AAA World Tag Team Championship currently held by Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler.
FTR won the belts on Dynamite back in October as the “Super Ranas”, which led to a match for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Full Gear in which Penta and Fenix retained their titles. Two more matches happened at TripleMania Regia (Ladder match) and earlier this month on Dynamite, in which again both teams retained the titles they own while failing to claim the other set of belts.
