Fightful has posted a report that shared some news and notes about last week’s Friday Night SmackDown in Orlando, Florida.
The show was very much a feeling out process and the plan as of Saturday was for WWE Monday Night Raw to be much different than SmackDown.
While WWE had several wrestlers brought in, some were not used on the show.
While the original plan wasn’t for Triple H to be featured as an on-screen announcer for the whole show, due to Triple H’s chemistry with Michael Cole and fan reaction it led to an on-the-fly call to have him stick around throughout the entire show.
