According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW President Tony Khan is hopeful that he’ll be able to book a match between Jon Moxley and CM Punk at All Out in Chicago, IL. Of course, this match would be to unify the interim and World titles.
With that being said, this is all going to depend on how quickly CM Punk recovers from his foot injury. If he’s not ready by All Out, he’s expected to be good to go by the time Full Gear comes around. AEW All Out takes place on Sunday, September 4.
Finally, it is being reported that Jon Moxley will definitely headline All Out in some way, shape, or form. As of this writing, no opponent has been announced.
