Pwinsider.com reports the WWE Untold documentary on The Nexus has been shelved with no additional work being done on the project.
The Broken Skull Sessions episode with WWE Hall of Famers Kevin Nash and Steve Austin ended up not airing this past Sunday and the Lex Luger documentary didn’t air two weeks ago.
WWE has since confirmed the Broken Skull Sessions episode will air this coming Sunday. There is no solid word on the premiere date of the WWE Icons documentary.
Regarding a lot of programming being removed from the WWE Network, the reason for that is due to the changes in strategy and the roll-out for original content on the Network.
With changes made internally to departments that were folded into each other there have been some growing pains, but much better off than it would appear from the outside.
