Many WWE NXT stars were called up in the 2021 WWE Draft such as Hit Row, Xia Li, Ridge Holland, Aliyah, and Austin Theory.
Regarding the decision to call up Hit Row, the company made the decision days earlier to move them to the main roster.
However, it was said, “nobody in the organization really was told anything, even if the switches based on booking patterns to an extent were predictable in most of the cases.”
Regarding Theory, they have the same belief for him as Ridge Holland, who stayed in NXT for the time being. The company has high hopes for them and there’s the belief that they can be future WWE Champions.
Regarding Li, the company called her up because the company wants to build a Chinese star.
