Source: The Wrestling Observer

After a very scary injury that took place during a New Japan Pro Wrestling event on Friday, Tomoaki Honma has regained some movement in his arms and legs. For those who are unaware of what happened, Honma took a draping DDT from Jado during their tag-team match last week. Following the spot, Honma laid motionless in the ring.

Jado quickly covered him to end the match and medical personal immediately rushed to the ring. As he was taken from the ring, Honma was awake and talking but was mostly motionless. He has regained movement in his arms and legs but is still very weak and can’t sit up as of this writing.

Honma suffered an injury to the C-3 and C-4 vertebrae in his neck. As of last word, he had been moved from the hospital’s emergency room and has vowed to return to the ring.
