Braun Strowman has been cleared by WWE doctors to return to in-ring action. PWinsider.com was the first to report the news. Strowman has been out of action since last month after undergoing elbow surgery. He was cleared one week ago.
WWE.com ran an article last month that stated that Strowman would be out of action for up to six months but that is the not the case. There was speculation that WWE’s reporting was exaggerating the return timeline in order to make Strowman’s return a surprise. Strowman is expected to compete at SummerSlam in August.
As far as who he will be wrestling at SummerSlam, it’s been reported that he will return to WWE television in mid-July to start the build for his match against current WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at the event.
