During Saturday night’s WWE SmackDown! Live Event in Oakland, California, Billie Kay was teaming with her IIconics partner Peyton Royce against Naomi and Lana. According to a fan report, Kay and Naomi collided heads and the incident left her on the mat with what what was described as a “dazed and blank look”. The referee immediately threw up the “X” sign to get her medical attention.
