Bret Hart was attacked by a fan during his speech at Friday’s 2019 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
The attacker was revealed to be Zach Madsen, who was charged with assault and criminal trespassing for the incident.
According to the New York Post, he was held on $1,500 bond and gave his first comments about why he did it while in court on Sunday.
“I just felt like it was the right moment.”
