Comedian Gilbert Gottfried posted a video to Twitter over the weekend, urging ROH officials to hire Danhausen. He said,
“Danhausen is the most unique and hilarious indie wrestler. Ring of Honor should hire Danhausen.”
ROH announcer Ian Riccaboni then retweeted Gottfried’s video and replied with the following,
“I’m convinced. I’ve sent some texts.”
