Jake Roberts Wants To Manage Miro & Lucha Bros, Wishes To Wrestle FTR & Chris Jericho

Jake “The Snake” Roberts’ pairing with Lance Archer saw the rapid rise of The Murderhawk in the men’s division of AEW.

On the latest episode of his “Snake Pit” podcast, Roberts expressed his desire to manage Miro and the Lucha Brothers in AEW. He said,

“I think I’d have been great with them (Miro & Lucha Brothers). There’s other people too. Miro. I think I’d have been good with Miro.”

The WWE Hall of Famer praised Eddie Kingston while addressing the idea of potentially being paired with The Mad King.

“Eddie works his ass off and I appreciate that.”

Roberts further noted that he would love to have wrestled Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood of FTR in singles action during his prime. The veteran legend also wished to have a program with Chris Jericho.

“FTR, but I’d want them in singles matches. I’d have liked to have done something with Chris Jericho. I think we could have done some stuff.”

Roberts signed a 2-year contract extension with AEW in July, 2021.
