Jeff Hardy is scheduled to appear in court this week for a case management conference, according to Pwinsider. His court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd at 1:30 PM EST in Florida.
Hardy faces numerous charges stemming from a DUI arrest back in June. He submitted a written plea of “not guilty” on June 28, 2022. Hardy’s attorneys waived his right to a speedy trial, and there is no update on whether or not a plea deal will be reached.
Hardy has been charged with DUI (Alcohol or Drugs), third offense within ten years, driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked, and violation of restrictions placed on a driver’s license. The first charge is a felony, punishable for up to five years in prison. The other charges are misdemeanors.
