During this week’s episode of WWE NXT UK, Kay Lee Ray defeated Jinny to retain her NXT UK Women’s title. She took to Twitter following the match, saying,
“Another win. Now give me the best in the world… #ForeverChampion #NXTUK @WWE @WWEUK @NXTUK @WWENXT”
With her tagging the main WWE NXT Twitter account, Ray has now called out Io Shirai. She said,
“She is the best and no one can convince me otherwise.”
Shirai is currently feuding with Mercedes Martinez.
