As we reported earlier today here on eWn, WWE RAW Superstar Kevin Owens suffered an injury during a recent live event in Madison, Wisconsin.
During the WWE Sunday Night Stunner event, Owens planted his right leg which seemed to hurt him, and his match was finished quickly.
The former Universal Champion reportedly needed a referee’s help to stand after the match.
According to a report from Dave Meltzer, Kevin Owens suffered an MCL sprain, but it could be worse than expected.
Owens hasn’t competed on WWE TV in over a month, with his most recent televised match being a six-man tag on the September 30th episode of SmackDown.
WWE has not publicly commented on Owens’ injury at this time.
