Ringsidenews reports that Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were not expected to win the Raw Tag Team Titles until a last minute change took place behind the scenes at the Royal Rumble event. There are no details as of now as to why WWE decided to take the titles off Sheamus and Cesaro.
