Former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Shelton Benjamin was set to return to Smackdown Live, but a rotator cuff injury stopped him but now that injury is no longer. Benjamin has been cleared for in-ring action but it seems he may not be returning to the WWE.
In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the injury Shelton Benjamin had was found before WWE signed him to a contract. Benjamin did not know he was injured as he was still working dates in Japan. Now, there is a question if WWE will bring back him back.
