During a recent appearance on The Angle Podcast, Mickie James was asked if there was anything she would have done differently during her most recent tenure in WWE.
With the benefit of hindsight, James remarked that she wished she had pushed to use her Hardcore Country character more. She said,
“I wish I would’ve come in as Hardcore Country and I think that was probably mostly on me whether I didn’t think they would do that because it wasn’t their brand or their character where I reinvented myself”
‘Hardcore Country’ was the character that Mickie James used during most of her success in Impact Wrestling. It was also the theme and character she used during her recent appearance at Slammiversary 2021.
