We reported earlier today here on eWn that the WWE Network is no longer offering their free trial. According to sources, the free trial may return at opportune moments, such as SummerSlam or WrestleMania to boost subscriber numbers but it won’t be a monthly thing from this point forward.
The current plan is to have the free version of the Network serve as the main tool in order to give prospective buyers the chance to pay for it. When they pay, they’ll get much more content as well as pay-per-view events.
