As previously reported, the family of Julian Lasseter moved to add Ultimate Motor Cars to their lawsuit against Tammy “Sunny” Sytch.” That motion has passed, making them the third defendant in the suit.
Sytch was in the process of purchasing a car from Ultimate Motor Cars when she presented them with an ID marked as “For Identification Only.” In addition, the ID had expired on January 22nd. Despite those red flags, the company still allowed Sytch to operate a car on the day of the accident.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Ultimate Motor Cars was added as a defendant on January 17th, joining Sytch and her fiancé James Pente. Sytch is facing multiple charges over the incident and remains incarcerated as she awaits trial.
