In the main event of Fastlane, Goldberg defeated Kevin Owens to win the WWE Universal Championship after he speared and jackhammered Kevin Owens off a distraction from a returning Chris Jericho. This will be Goldberg’s first Universal Title reign and his second world title reign in WWE.
