UPDATE: AEW sent out the following tweet and graphic, revealing that the debuting PAC (Neville in WWE) will be taking Jon Moxley’s place against Kenny Omega. There were plans already in place for PAC to be a surprise at the “All Out” pay-per-view event but with Jon Moxley needing elbow surgery and being forced out of the match, PAC has now taken the spot:
