As we reported earlier here on eWn, Sheamus and Gunther faced off in a brutal war at today’s Clash at the Castle event. In the end, it was Gunther who retained his Intercontinental Championship. Following the match, Sheamus was given a standing ovation from the fans in Cardiff, Wales.
After the show, Sheamus took to Twitter to show off his battle scars. He captioned the photos with,
“Chops won.. for now. #WWECastle #BangerAfterBanger #ThankYouCardiff.”
