Last month it was reported here on eWN that Canyon Ceman was let go by WWE. Ceman at the time was SVP of Talent Development.

Recently, it has been reported that Adam Cole’s contract with the company was almost allowed to completely expire. WWE was able to come to terms with Cole regarding a one month agreement/extension on his contract. However, it is now widely believed that this is the reason for Ceman’s dismissal.

Bryan Alvarez provided the following insight during a recent Wrestling Observer Live:
“It is strongly believed, that this is where it stems from, I’m pretty sure that the reason he was released was this Adam Cole contract situation here.”
