Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that NXT general manager William Regal hasn’t been around on TV as of late due to a health issue prior to WrestleMania 34 in April.
Thus, this is why there has been talk of Regal on NXT TV, but he hasn’t appeared and was not seen at the last set of TV tapings.
