Dave Meltzer noted on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that several WWE Superstars recently tested positive for COVID-19 and missed some shows as a result.
Although Meltzer didn’t share any names of those who tested positive, it was said that a couple of wrestlers have been affected.
WWE nor any wrestlers have publicly announced that they tested positive for COVID-19.
WWE is not actively testing its wrestlers anymore for the virus, but when a wrestler shows symptoms and gets individually tested, they’re kept off the road to prevent spreading it.
As noted, AEW World Champion ‘Hangman’ Adam Page tested positive for COVID-19
earlier this week and was not part of AEW Dynamite on Wednesday.
