According to Dave Meltzer, Shinsuke Nakamura will be staying with WWE and is not among a big list of current WWE talents who are considering “jumping ship” to AEW. When asked by a fan if Nakamura was leaving WWE, Meltzer said,
For those who may have missed it, Nakamura said in August of 2018 that he had not been in contact with NJPW or AEW and would probably re-sign with WWE depending on how good the money was.
